摘要
目的:探讨分析自拟降压活络汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗H型高血压颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)的临床疗效。方法:抽取在2011年1月—2013年12月间我院收治的80例H型高血压颈动脉粥样硬化患者,随机的分成两组,设为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用单纯的阿托伐他汀治疗,治疗组采用自拟降压活络汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗,同时采用相同的降压方法治疗高血压至正常水平。比较两组患者的临床疗效、检测颈动脉内膜—中膜厚度(IMT)、治疗前后的血压、血脂、血清同型半胱氨酸值改善情况,进行回顾性的对比分析。结果:治疗组40例患者中显效的有25例,有效的有12例,无效的有3例,总有效率为92.5%;对照组40例患者中显效的有17例,有效的有14例,无效的有9例,总有效率为77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组患者治疗后颈动脉内膜—中膜厚度均有所下降,治疗组下降更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血压、血脂、血清同型半胱氨酸值改善情况无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用自拟降压活络汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗H型高血压颈动脉粥样硬化有显著的临床疗效,值得推广使用。
Objective：To investigate the analysis of Jianyya Huoluo Decoction combined with atolwastatin on carotid atherosclerosis in hypertensive type H （CAS） clinical curative effect. Method：80 cases of type I4 in 2011 January to 2013 December to extract treated in our hospital from carotid atherosclerosis in hypertensive patients, they were randomly divid- ed into two groups, as the study group and the control group, 40 cases in each group, the control group using a simple atorvastatin therapy, study group treated with Jianyya Huoluo Decoction combined with atorvastatin at the same time using the same antihypertensive treatment method for the treatment of hypertension to normal level. Comparison of two groups of patients with clinical curative effect, the detection of carotid artery intima media thickness （IMT） , blood pressure, blood lipid, serum homocysteine values before and after treatment to improve the situation, a retrospective analysis was done. Results ：The study group 40 patients markedly 25 cases, effective 12 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total effective rate was 92.5% ; the control group 40 patients had obvious improvement in 17 cases, effective 14 cases, invalid 9 cases, the total effective rate was 77.5%, with statistical significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the study group and the control group ther- apy for patients with carotid artery intima media thickness decreased, the study group decreased more significantly, with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The patients in the two groups after treatment, blood pressure, blood lipid, serum ho- mocysteine level to improve the situation of no significant difference. Conclusion：The use of Jianyya Huoluo Decoction combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of H has obvious clinical curative effect of carotid atherosclerosis in hyperten- sive patients, is worthy to be popularized.
