摘要
目的:建立白芍麸炒前后的高效液相(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法:分别选取白芍生品和制品各10批,以70%甲醇为提取溶剂,应用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C 18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)柱,以0.1%磷酸溶液-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速l m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长230 nm。结果:从白芍生品和炮制品中分别检测到17和18个共有色谱峰,并指认了4个色谱峰。研究发现特征图谱中主要色谱峰发生了改变。结论:从整体上显示白芍炮制前后指纹图谱的特征,为白芍饮片的质量和临床合理用药提供科学依据。
Objective :to establish a high performance liquid of Radix Paeoniae Alba bran fried before and after the phase (HPLC) fingerprint. Method:select white peony root crude and products of each 10 group, with 70% methanol as extraction solvent, the application of AgilentEclipse XDB - C 18 (4.6 mm ×250 ram, 5 μm), with 0.1% phosphoric acid solution column, acetonitrile as mobile phase and gradient elution, flow rate of L mL/min, column temperature of 30 DEG C, the detection wavelength of 230nm. Results: from the crude and processed products of Radix Paeoniae Alba were detected in 17 and 18 common peaks, and identify the 4 chromatographic peaks. The study found that changed the main chromatographic peaks in the fingerprint. Conclusion:display thecharacteristic fingerprint of Radix Paeoniae Alba before and after processing as a whole, and provide scientific basis for the quality of Radix Paeoniae Alba decoction pieces and clinical rational drug use.
