摘要
目的了解重庆市主城区中小学生视力相关生存质量现况及其影响因素,为制定相关的干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,选取重庆主城2个区县的8所学校4 096名学生进行中小学生视力相关生存质量和影响因素问卷调查,并进行远视力检查。结果学生视力相关生存质量得分比较,男生(92.13±12.50)高于女生(90.08±12.82),小学生(96.39±9.72)高于初中生(90.35±12.07)和高中生(83.45±13.46),视力正常学生(97.71±9.27)高于视力不良学生(86.78±12.76)(P值均<0.05)。单因素和多元回归分析显示,睡眠质量、身体状况、每天坚持1 h课外锻炼、每天坚持做眼保健操、学习成绩、挑食、经常阅读关于眼睛的科普读物或看相关的科教节目及学校老师经常对学生进行科学用眼教育是视力相关生存质量的主要影响因素(P值均<0.05)。结论较好的健康状况,规律的生活作息、体育锻炼,均衡膳食习惯,健康教育是提高学生视力相关生存质量的有效途径。
Objective To determine vision specific quality of life（ QOL） among students in urban areas and associated factors,and to provide reference for formulating policies. Methods A total of 4 096 students were chosen from 8 primary and middle schools by stratified cluster random sampling in urban area of Chongqing. Questionnaire survey was conducted to assess QOL specific to vision. Results The total score of vision specific QOL among boys were higher than girls（ 92. 13 ± 12. 50 〉90. 08 ±12. 82）,high school students scored higher than junior and primary school students（ 96. 39 ± 9. 72 〉90. 35 ± 12. 07 〉83. 45 ±13. 46）. The total score of rural students were higher than that of urban students（ 91. 46 ± 12. 87 〉90. 84 ± 12. 54）. Normal vision students scored higher than low vision students（ 97. 71 ± 9. 27 〉86. 78 ± 12. 76）. Results suggested sleep quality,physical quality,one hour physical exercise every day,insisting on ocular gymnastics,academic achievement,picky,health education by oneself and teachers were main factors which influence vision specific QOL. Conclusion Physical fitness,regular lifestyle,exercise,balanced diet and appropriate health education might be effective in vision specific QOL improvement among students.
