摘要
分析了太原市的主要灾害,确定了应急避难场所的类型,结合太原市应急避难场所的控制标准,剖析了太原中心城区应急避难场所有效避难面积供给与需求的关系,并针对太原市应急避难场所存在问题,提出了解决问题的建议。
The paper analyzes major disasters in Taiyuan, identifies the types for the emergency shelters, interprets the relationship between supply and demand of shelter coverage of downtown in Taiyuan by combining with the control standards of the emergency shelter sites in Taiyuan, and points out suggestions for solutions to problems in emergency shelters in Taiyuan.
