摘要
新中国成立后,由于复杂严峻的社会经济困境,以及工人、资本家迥异的政治经济地位,上海劳资关系呈现紧张态势。因而,如何创构"民主、平等、两利、契约"的新民主主义劳资关系,便为"五反"前上海当局整合社会经济秩序的重心所在。然而,"五反"运动的发生不仅使中共政权成功实现对上海工人的政治与阶级动员,造成新民主主义劳资关系格局由资方至劳方的权势转移,也带来了劳资关系的恶化与失衡。尽管"五反"后上海当局对新民主主义劳资关系进行调整与重构,但却因劳方的强势地位与经济主义理念的固化而收效甚微。从"五反"前后上海劳资关系变动的曲折事实中,亦可知工人、资本家与中共政权在新民主主义向社会主义转型期利益博弈的诸多关联。
After New China was founded in 1949,the labor- capital relations became tense due to the complicated social economic conditions and worldly different political positions between workers and capitalists. The Five- anti campaigns led to the deterioration and imbalance of labor- capital relationship. From all these facts we could see that the interests of workers,capitalists as well as Chinese Communist Party related in one way or another during the country's transformation from the new democracy to socialism.
