摘要
[目的]观察参附注射液联合卡托普利及倍他乐克治疗慢性心衰疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组35例阿司匹林,1mg/次,1次/d,口服;地高辛,0.125mg/次,1次/d,静滴;呋塞米,20mg/次,1次/d,静滴。治疗组35例参附注射液20~100m L＋5%~10%葡萄糖250~500m L,40ml/次,1次/d,静滴;卡托普利,25mg/次（剂量大小可调整）,3次/d,温水送服;倍他乐克,12.5mg/d,2次/d,口服,根据情况调整,可每周增加1次剂量,最大剂量不超过75mg/d。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心电图、血尿常规、电解质、肝肾功能、超声、RDW、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访半年。观测射血分数（EF）、左心室功能紊乱（LVD）、左室缩短分数（LVFS）、RDW、不良反应等。[结果]治疗组显效20例,有效14例,无效0例,总有效率97.14%。对照组显效16例,有效10例,无效9例,总有效率74.29%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。超声、RDW改善治疗组治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]参附注射液联合卡托普利及倍他乐克治疗慢性心衰,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the Shenfu injection combined with Kato Pury and the effect of Betaloc in the treatment of chronic heart failure. [Method]Using random parallel control method, 70 hospitalized patients according to treatmentsequence number method of simple random divided into two groups. The control group of 35 patients with aspirin, lmg/, 1 /d, oral; digoxin, 0.125mg/, 1 /d, intravenous drip; furosemide, 20mg/, 1 / d, intravenous drip. The treatment group of 35 cases of Shenfu Injection 20 - 100mL＋5% - 10% glucose and 250 - 500mL, 40ml/, 1 /d, intravenous drip; captopril, 25mg/ times （dose size can be adjusted）, /d 3 times, warm water delivery service; Betaloc, 12.5mg/d, 2 /d, oral, and adjust, can every Zhon Zeng plus l dose, the maximum dose does not exceed 75mg/d. Continuous treatment with 28d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, ECG, blood and urine routine, liver and kidney function, electrolyte, ultrasound, RDW, ad verse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, curative effect. During the follow-up of 6 months （observation ejection fraction （EF）, left ventricular dysfunction （LVD）, left ventricular fractional shortening（LVFS）, RDW and other adverse reactions）. 20 cases of the treatment group produce [Results]Effective 14 cases,invalid 0 cases, the total efficiency of 97.14%. The control group of 16 cases markedly effective, effective 10 cases,invalid 9 cases, the total efficiency of 74.29%. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Uhrasonography and RDW in treatment group improved in treatment group than in control group （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Shenfu injection combined with Kato Pury and Betaloc in the treatment of chronic heart failure,satisfactory curative effect, no side effect, is worth promoting.
