摘要
[目的]观察消痰化瘀益气汤治疗卵巢囊肿疗效。[方法]采用前瞻性设计,将60例门诊患者消痰化瘀益气汤(陈皮、茯苓各15g,浙贝12g,生瓦楞子20g,瞿麦12g,三棱、莪术各10g,赤芍12g,鳖甲醋炙、党参各15g,黄芪30g,荔枝核12g,琥珀1.5g,甘草6g;瘀久成热加忍冬藤;腰酸困痛加续断、菟丝子;经量多加三七、茜草;带下多加薏苡仁、白芷;纳差加鸡内金、白术),1剂/d,水煎200m L,3次/d。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、囊肿、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈55例,有效2例,无效3例,总有效率95.00%。[结论]消痰化瘀益气汤治疗卵巢囊肿疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe Phlegm Stasis Decoction treatment of ovarian cysts treatment. [Method] A prospective design, 60 cases of outpatients Phlegm Stasis Qi Tang（Chenpi,Fuling 15 g, Zhebei 12 g, Shengwalengzi20 g, Qumai 12 g,Sanleng,E＇zhu each 10 g, Chishao12 g, Biejia,Dangshen 15 g, Huangqi,Lizhihe 30 g, Hupo 12 g,Hupo 1.5g, Gancao 6g; stasis for a long time to heat plus Rendongteng; trapped backache pain plus Xuduan,Tusizi; pay more by the amount of Sanqi,Qiancao; vaginal discharge pay more Yiyiren,Baizhi; anorexia plus Jineijin,Baizhu）, a / d, decoction 200 m L, 3 times / d. 28 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, cysts, B-ultrasound, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] Cured 55 cases, 2 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 95.00%. [Conclusion] Phlegm Stasis Decoction treatment of ovarian cysts effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
