摘要
研究了肠道血管紧张素转化酶2(ACE2)和中性氨基酸转运载体B0AT1在不同生长阶段猪小肠各段中的分布表达,探讨其相互关系。研究选取3日龄仔猪、90日龄生长猪和120日龄成年猪十二指肠、空肠和回肠组织,采用体外扩增和荧光定量技术对各肠段组织中ACE2和B0AT1基因进行了定性和定量分析。结果显示ACE2基因在不同日龄猪小肠各段均有表达,相对表达量随日龄增长显著升高,120日龄猪表达量极显著上调。而肠道中B0AT1相对表达量逐渐下降,120日龄时显著下调。结果提示:ACE2在成年猪肠道组织中有较高表达,B0AT1在仔猪肠道组织中表达较高。
The mRNA expression levels of angiotensin converting enzyme 2( ACE2) and the neutral amino acid transporter B0 AT1 were investigated in intestinal tissues of pigs at different stages in order to explore the relationship between ACE2 and B0AT1. The 3,90 and 120day-old pigs were selected and the duodenums,jejunums and colons were excised. The ACE2 and B0AT1 genes were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed with RT- PCR and Real-time PCR. The results showed that ACE2 was expressed in each segment of the intestines in all the pigs. And the expression levels of ACE2 gene were significantly elevated at day 120,compared to day 3 and day 90. But with the growth of pigs,the relative expression levels of B0AT1 gradually were decreased in all intestinal segments. The results suggest that ACE2 has a higher intestinal expression in adult pigs,while B0AT1 has a higher expression in piglets.
