摘要
GB/T 20944.3—2008中以白色念珠菌为试验菌种,振荡法测试纺织品抗菌性时,对照样菌体增长值F过低,会导致试验结果无效,针对这一问题,从白色念珠菌接种悬液制备方法、振荡培养温度、培养时间及菌悬液稀释方法等方面进行优化。所得的优化条件为:采用斜面刮取法制备白色念珠菌悬液,用100%的沙氏液体(SDB)培养基对菌悬液进行稀释,24℃振荡培养18 h。优化后的方法避免了F值过低,保证了样品检测的有效性。
The growth value F of Candida albicans in the control sample in evaluation of antimicrobial tex- tiles by shaking method in GB/T 20944.3--2008 is low, which will lead to a invalid result. The evaluation method of inoculation suspension preparation, culture temperature and time, dilution method of inocula is optimized as: inocula preparation by scraping the slope, diluting inocula with 100% SDB medium, cul- turing at 24 ℃ for 18 h. The optimized method can ensure the validity of the sample detection.
