常规冰蓄冷系统的主要目的是转移负荷,通过峰谷电价差来节省运行费用。介绍了在正常供冷中断时作应急冷源用的冰蓄冷装置。阐述了应急冷源对蓄冰装置的特殊要求,并对外融冰盘管如何实现快速融冰功能、扩展蓄冰量的方法进行了说明。介绍了该类系统的运行方式,并讨论了设计时需要考虑的一些特殊问题及其解决方法。通过一个数据中心的项目案例,详细说明了此类应用的设计过程和系统运行模式。
The main purpose of the conventional ice storage system is to shift the electrical power use to off peak period and reduce the operation costs. Presents the ice storage device used as the emergency cold source when the normal cooling is interrupted. Provides the special requirements for the ice storage device, and describes the external melt coil how to realize the fast-melting function and expand the ice storage capacity. States the operating modes of this system, discusses some special problems need to be considered in design and gives some solutions. According to a data center project, presents the design process and operating modes in detail.
