摘要
目的了解护士对住院患者实施中医护理技术操作的真实体验,明确目前在住院患者中实施中医护理技术的促进和制约因素。方法采用目的抽样方法选取不同科室、工龄、学历、职称的临床一线护士13人进行半结构式深度访谈,并采用现象学分析法分析资料。结果经分析提炼出3个主题:开展中医护理技术操作存在必要性和可行性,中医护理技术临床实施遭遇的困境,促进中医护理技术开展的建议。结论在住院患者中推广实施中医护理技术操作不仅要有政策、管理层面的支持,还必须广泛宣传;重视学科建设,加快培养专业人才;加强风险管理;完善考核、评价体系。
Objective To explore experience of nurses implementing traditional Chinese medical nursing techniques on inpatients,so as to find out the advantages and constraints in such implementation.Methods Thirteen clinical nurses from different departments,with different seniority,education backgrounds and professional tittles were chosen using purpose sampling and given semi-structured depth interview.All data collected were analyzed using phenomenological approach.Results Three themes were extracted including the necessity and feasibility of implementing the traditional Chinese medical nursing techniques,the difficulties encountered in implementation,as well as the measures for promoting the implementation.Conclusion To promote the implementation of traditional Chinese medical nursing techniques in inpatients,related policy and support from the management level,in addition to great publicity are needed.Moreover,importance should be attached to discipline construction and training of professionals,as well as strengthening risk management and perfecting the assessment and evaluation system.
