摘要 为了更好地响应两会提出的加大节能减排力度,控制能源消费总量的政策和推广节能型建筑设计的方针,结合河南工业大学教职工生活区学府欣园地下车库的建筑设计实践,对其节能设计进行了理性分析与总结,阐述了该住宅小区的节能设计方法。结果表明:采用相对集中的平面布置、合理的交通流线和出入口设置,尽可能采用自然采光通风设计,注重各个专业的配合等都可以创造出较为节能环保和人性化的地下车库空间,为今后车库节能设计提供借鉴。 In order to better respond to the two sessions' proposal and policies that strengtttenmg the efforts to energy conservation and emission reduction, controlling the total energy consumption and promoting energy-saving architectural design, based on a practice of architectural design of underground garage for staff living quarters of Henan University of Technology, this essay supplies rational analysis and summary about its energy-saving design with comprehensive description on its approaches. The results show that the relative concentrated layout, sound constructed traffic flow lines and entrances, possibly using natural lighting and ventilation and paying attention to the cooperation of various professions and so on can create more space characterized in energy conservation, environmental protection and people-oriented for underground garage, as a valuable guidance for energy-saving design of the garage in future.
