摘要
从催吐萝芙木中分离到1株对香蕉炭疽菌拮抗作用较强的菌株LYM3,皿内拮抗活性达到64%,通过常规鉴定结合16S r DNA序列分析,将该菌株鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。通过单因素法对其产抗菌活性物质的发酵条件进行了优化,获得其最适培养基组成为:可溶性淀粉2%,胰蛋白胨1%,酵母粉0.8%,Na Cl 1%,初始p H 6.0、28℃、180 r/min发酵培养60 h,抗菌活性物质产量达到最高,抑菌圈直径为3.42cm。
Strain LYM3, isolated from Rauvolfia vomitoria Afzel, had higher antagonistic effect against Colletotrichum musae, and its antagonistic activity was 64% in plate. According to its morphological characteristics,and 16 S r DNA sequence analysis, the strain LYM3 was identified as Bacillus subtilis. Using single-factor method,the fermentation conditions of its antibacterial substance production were optimized. The optimal medium contained2% soluble starch, 1% tryptone, 0.8% yeast extract, 1% Na Cl, and initial p H was 6. After 60 h culture at 28℃, 180r/min, the antibacterial substance had higher yield, and the diameter of inhibition zone was up to 3.42 cm
