摘要 电动汽车用轮毂电机要满足高功率密度和高转矩密度等要求,因此轮毂电机的电磁场和温度场分析对于轮毂电机的设计至关重要。本文以一台采用分数槽绕组永磁体表贴式结构的轮毂电机为分析样机,根据电机学原理对其绕组磁动势进行谐波分析。分别建立轮毂电机电磁场和温度场的数学模型,通过有限元分析软件进行磁热性能耦合仿真,并进行实验验证。 The in-wheel motors used in the electric vehicles must meet requirements such as high power density and high torque density.The analysis of the electromagnetic field and the temperature field for the in-wheel motors is crucial.A surface mounted permanent magnet in-wheel motor with fractional slot winding was taken as the analysis prototype in this paper.According to the electric machine theory, the harmonic of the magne-tomotive force of the winding was analyzed.The mathematical models of the electromagnetic field and the temperature field were established.The coupling simulation was solved by CAE software and the results were verified by the experimental tests.
