摘要
作为农业大省,山西省非常重视发展农业,始终视农业为支柱产业。尤其是近年来,在相关部门的推进下,农业化发展速度不断加快,其中有效开展项目管理在推进山西农业化进程中扮演着非常重要的角色。结合山西省文水县投资2.7亿元的项目管理实例,分析了项目管理在推进山西农业化进程中的作用及贡献,为促进山西农业的进一步协调稳定发展提出了相应的对策与建议。
As a big agricultural province, Shanxi Province attaches great importance to developing agriculture, and always regards the agriculture as a pillar industry. Especially in recent years, under the promotion of related departments in Shanxi Province, the agriculturalization development has accelerated continually, in which, the project management plays a very important role in promoting Shanxi’s agriculturalization process. Combined with the actual example of the management of Wenshui County’s project with the investment of 270 million yuan in Shanxi Province, this paper analyzes the functions and contributions of the project management in promoting Shanxi’s agriculturalization process, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the further coordinative and stable development of Shanxi’s agriculture.
