益气养阴法对2型糖尿病患者铁蛋白及胰岛功能指数的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察在基础西药治疗同时加用中药芪麦汤煎剂对2型糖尿病患者疗效的影响,观察铁蛋白与其它指标的相关性。方法检测加用中药前后空腹血糖、胰岛素、C肽、血清铁蛋白、胰岛β细胞功能指数及胰岛素抵抗指数,主要观察在基础西药治疗同时加用芪麦汤煎剂对疗效的影响。结果观察组FPG (8.3±1.3)mmol/L 及 SF(208.70±110.62)ng/mL 明显降低,FINS(8.54±4.28)uIU/mL、FCP(2.43± 1.24)ng/mL及HOMA2-%B(3.97±0.41)明显升高;SF与BMI、HbA1c、FPG、FINS、FCP及HOMA2-IR呈正相关,与病程呈负相关。结论基础西药治疗联合中医辩证施治能提高胰岛β细胞功能,降低血糖及铁蛋白。
