摘要
电学层析成像(ET)技术正逐渐应用于各工业过程中.目前,实现ECT/ERT双模态成像一般通过双截面的ECT和ERT组合技术完成,因此难以实现同一截面、同时间获取信息的融合.文中设计了内置式单阵列电极的ECT/ERT双模态传感器,并进行了单模态和双模态的相应实验.仿真和实验结果表明,该双模态传感器不仅结构简单、安装方便,而且可实现油水两相流同一截面、同时间的连续测量,实验中含油率的测量值与理论计算值较好地吻合,有效拓宽了单阵列电极油水两相流范围.
Electrical tomography(ET)techniques are gradually being applied to the industrial process. At present dual-modality tomography is performed through combining the twin-plane ECT and ERT sensors,so it is difficult to fuse the information of the same section and the same time in pipe. An inner single electrode array with ECT/ERT dual-modality function is proposed and designed,and experiments of single mode and dual mode are conducted respec-tively. The numerical simulation and experimental results show that the dual-modality sensor not only has the advan-tages of simple structure and convenient installation,but also can realize oil/water two-phase flow continuous meas-urement for the same section and the same time in pipe. In experiment the measurement values of oil cut are well con-sistent with the calculated values by the designed ECT/ERT dual-modality sensor,which widens the measurement range for oil/water two-phase flow effectively.
