摘要
运用实验对比法、问卷调查法、访谈法等,实证探索大学生体质健康教育路径。研究发现"体适能"训练应用于大学体育课程可行性强,但在操作中应注重教学设计、语言艺术、时间控制等因素。其优势是促进了大学生体育技能、身体素质、体质健康意识的提升以及人格品质的完善;不足之处是课堂练习效果有限,需要加强课后练习配合,尤其是心肺功能的锻炼。
Through the research methods as comparison of experiments, questionnaire , interviews and so on, the em- pirical explore on students' physical health education path, the research suggests: 'Physical Fitness Training's strongly adapt to university physical education curriculum, but the operation should pay attention to these factors such as time con- trol, teaching design and arts of expression, superiority is and the adaption of ' Physical Fitness Training' also greatly pro- moted students sports skiUs, physically qualities, health conscious and the perfection of personalities, the deficiency is the classroom practice effect is limited, but also the need to strengthen the exercises with, especially the heart and lung func- tion exercise.
