教学反思是教师专业发展和自我成长的关键因素。实习教学反思有助于促进师范生的专业成长和教学能力提高。本文分析了实习教学反思的重要性和必要性,阐述了小学英语教育实习教学反思的内容及方式,探讨促进小学英语教育实习教学反思的有效策略。
Teaching reflection is the key to teachers＂ professional development and self improvement. Teaching reflection of teaching practice helps to enhance normal college students＂ professional improvement and teaching ability. With the analysis of the importance and necessity of teaching reflection in teaching practice, this paper elaborates the contents and ways of teaching reflection of primary English teaching, and explores effective ways of improving teaching reflection in teaching practice.
