摘要
利用我国1990—2012年的宏观样本数据建立向量误差修正(VEC)模型,对我国农业科技创新资源投入与农业现代化的关系进行实证研究。结果发现:农业科技创新资金投入、农业科技创新人力投入与农业现代化之间存在长期正向均衡关系和短期动态调整机制;农业科技创新资金投入和人力投入均是农业现代化的单向格兰杰原因;与农业科技创新人力投入相比,农业现代化对农业科技创新资金投入冲击的正向响应更为明显,而且农业科技创新资金投入对农业现代化变动的贡献率也更高。因此,要推进我国农业现代化建设,必须首先大幅度增加农业科技创新资金投入,在此基础上加快农业科技创新人才队伍建设。
Based on the sample data of China from 1990 to 2012, it made an empirically study. The results showed that the variables had a tong -run equilibrium relationship and a short - term dynamic adjustment mechanism. Agricultural science and technology(AST) human resource input and funds input were both the Granger cause of agricultural modernization. AST funds input had a bigger contribution ratio to agricultural moderniza- tion than AST human resource input. So the focus was to greatly increase AST funds input, and enhanced the building of AST human resource.
