摘要
在我国,石油的用量一直在不断地增加,油气管道的建设对于石油的储存和运输都有着至关重要的作用。然而在油气输送管道的建设中至今还存在有一些问题亟待解决。施工人员安全意识薄弱、缺乏对于油气储运方面的知识、油气储运设备自身的问题等都会给油气储运管道的建设造成障碍。这些问题都需要采取相应的措施来进行改善。本文就是针对这个问题的讨论和建议,并希望可以真正给管道的实际建设中带来一些帮助和启示。
The consuming amount of oil is constantly increasing in China. The construction of oil and gas pipelines is important for oil storage and transportation. However, there are still some problems to be solved in the construction of oil and gas pipelines： construction personnel lacking of safety consciousness, lack of knowledge for oil and gas storage and transportation, the problems in oil and gas storage and transportation device itself, all of which can cause obstacles to storage and transportation of oil and gas pipeline construction. All these problems need to be solved by taking corresponding measures. This article discusses the problem and proposes suggestions, and the author hopes it can bring some help and inspiration to pipeline construction.
