摘要 目的:建立内科医生临床技能考核评价标准,促进高校附属医院内科医生临床专业技能的不断发展,为构建科学、系统的人才考核机制打下坚实基础。方法:应用德尔菲法、层次分析法构建高校附属医院内科医生临床技能评价指标体系。结果:构建了由临床基础技能、临床操作技能、诊断思维和综合能力所组成的内科医生临床技能评价指标体系,其中包括12个二级指标和41个考核内容,并将各指标的重要程度进行量化。结论:本研究构建的内科医生临床技能评价指标体系作为内科医师专业能力评价的科学依据和标准,为高校附属医院在评价内科医生专业能力方面提供真实、可靠的数据资料。 Objective: To establish an evaluation system on clinical skill for physician to improve physician' s clinical skill and building scientific and systematic human resources assessment mechanism in affiliated hospitals. Methods: Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) were used to establish physician' s chnical skill assessment index system in affiliated hospitals. Results: physician' s clinical skill assessment index system was divided into basic clinical skill, clinical operation skill, diagnosis and general capacity which involve 12 secondary indictors and 41 tertiary indictors. All the indictors were weighted. Conclusions: The assessment index system can scientifically assess physician' s professional capacity and give real and reliable data of physician' s professional competencies data for affiliate hospital.
