摘要
目的观察原发性高血压护理干预的临床效果。方法观察组行护理干预,对照组行常规护理。比较两组护理后血压、代谢指标以及生活行为改变率等指标。结果观察组患者血压水平、各项代谢指标以及生活行为改变率,等指标均低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.0.5)。结论采用护理干预治疗原发性高血压可有效控制患者血压和各项代谢指标。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention with essential hypertension.Methods Observation group nursing intervention, control group routine nursing. Compared two groups of blood pressure after nursing, metabolic index and life behavior change rate and other indicators.Results The observation group of patients with blood pressure levels, various metabolic index and life behavior change rate and other indicators were signiifcantly lower than before treatment and control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention treatment of patients with primary hypertension can effectively control the blood pressure and metabolic index.
