摘要
目的：分析90后护理实习生临床带教的新问题并制定相应的措施。方法选取2013年5月～2014年2月我院某科室的30例90后实习生进行研究，根据90后护理实习生的临床带教中存在的新问题制定相应的应对措施。结果90后护理实习生临床带教中存在的主要问题包括心理问题、专业知识掌握不足问题、交流问题以及社会因素和法律意识问题等，医院存在管理制度问题，带教老师存在自身经验问题等因素。结论为了保证实习质量，要加强医院的管理，选择合理的带教老师，培养护理实习生的独立性，加强护理实习生的交流能力和法律意识等，使护理实习生成为合理的护理人员。
ObjectiveAnalysis new problems in clinical of 90’nursing interns and formulate corresponding measures. Methods Selected 30 cases of 90’nursing intern in a department from May 2013 to February formulate the corresponding countermeasures according to new problems in clinical teaching. ResultsMain problems in 90’nursing intern of clinical teaching including psychological problems, lack of professional knowledge, communication problems and social factors and the legal consciousness and so on, the hospital management system problems, teaching the teacher＆#39;s own experience problems and other factors.ConclusionIn order to ensure the quality of practice need strengthen the management of the hospital and chose reasonable nursing teacher. Strengthen the communication ability and the law consciousness of nursing interns, reasonable nursing staff to make nursing interns.
