摘要
目的：探讨脂肪性肝病患者接受中医治疗的临床效果。方法根据2012-2013年我院的50例脂肪性肝病患者来进行研究分析，对患者进行分组，对照组和治疗组两组均有25例患者，对照组使用西药治疗，治疗组使用中医治疗，对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较。结果对照组有14例显效、4例有效、7例无效，临床治疗有效率是72%，治疗组有17例显效、5例有效、3例无效，有效率是88%，两组患者的有效率具有差异性，P〈0.05。经治疗后，治疗组患者的肝功能有所改善，对照组患者的改善不明显，两组血脂水平存在差异性，P〈0.05。结论脂肪性肝病患者接受中医治疗的效果比较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of fatty liver patients. Methods Analyzed 50 cases of fatty liver patients in our hospital from 2012 to 2013,divided into control group and treatment group averagely,the control group with Western medicine treatment,the treatment group by traditional Chinese medicine treatment,compared with the two clinical effects. Results In the control group, clinical effective rate of the treatment was 72%. The effective rate of treatment group was 88%. The effective rates had difference between two groups, P〈0.05. After treatment,the liver functions of the patients in the treatment group were improved,but the improvements in the control group were not obvious. The blood lipid levels of drumming existence difference,P〈0.05. Conclusion The treatment of fatty liver patients with traditional Chinese medicine can be widely used in clinic.
