摘要
目的：对优质护理在手术室护理中的应用效果进行分析和探讨。方法选择我院在2014年5月-2014年12月收治的80例手术患者作为研究对象，随机将这些患者分为对照组和观察组，每组患者各有40例。采用常规护理方式对对照组患者进行护理，在对照组的基础之上，采用优质护理对观察组患者进行护理，对两组患者的手术室护理质量评分进行分析和比较。结果对照组患者的手术室护理质量评分为（77.8±6.1）分，观察组患者的手术室护理质量评分为（90.2±6.3）分，相对于对照组患者而言，观察组患者的手术室护理质量明显要高，两组患者相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用优质护理的方式能够使手术室的护理质量的明显提升，并且可以使患者在手术过程中的抑郁以及焦虑等情绪得以缓解。
Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of high quality nursing at operation room. Methods 80 cases of operation patients in our hospital were taken as the research objects in our hospital from May 2014 to December 2014,40 cases in each group. The control group with routine nursing,on the basis of the control group,the patients in the observation group accepted high-quality nursing care,nursing quality score of two groups at operation room were analyzed and compared. Results The quality score in the control group at operation room wa（77.8±6.1）,and （90.2±6.3）in the observation group. Compared with the control group,the nursing quality of observation group at operation room was significantly higher,it had significantly difference,P〈0.05. Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing mode can make significant to improve the quality of nursing at operation room,and can al eviate the depression and anxiety during operationn.
