摘要
目的：研究分析妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇的临床护理方式。方法选择我院2011年1月-2013年1月收治的妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇50例，随机分干预组和对照组，对照组给予常规护理，干预组给予综合性护理，比较两组患者的治疗效果和护理满意度。结果干预组患者治疗总有效率为90.51%，对照组患者治疗总有效率为83.78%，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），干预组患者的护理满意度高于对照组（95%vs.82%，P〈0.05）。结论对妊娠合并糖尿病患者的孕期、分娩期和产褥期提供护理干预，可以稳定患者的血糖，提高患者的治疗效果和护理满意度。
Objective To study the clinical nursing methods of pregnant women with diabetes. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the received in our hospital during January 2011-January 2013 years past pregnancy associated with diabetes,the condition of patients and clinical nursing experience were summarized. Results Patients in the intervention group,the total effective rate was 90.51%,the treatment of patients in the control group,the total effective rate was 83.78%,the difference was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）,the intervention group were significantly higher satisfaction with care（95%vs.82%,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with pregnancy associated with diabetes in pregnancy,childbirth and the puerperium nursing intervention can provide,in patients with stable blood sugar,avoid the harm of various complications.
