摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对冠心病患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的54例冠心病患者随机分成综合组和对照组,每组为27例;对照组给予常规护理干预,综合组给予综合性护理干预,对比两组的生活质量改善情况和护理满意度。结果通过护理后,综合组患者的生理功能、总体健康、社会职能及情感职能等评分改善情况高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,综合组的护理满意度也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者采取综合护理干预,可有效提高临床疗效,改善患者的生活质量,且可提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 54 cases of patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were divided into the comprehensive group and,27 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the comprehensive group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,compared the quality of life and nursing satisfaction between two groups. Results Through the care,scores of physiological function,general health,social function and emotional function in the comprehensive group were significantly higher than that of control group. There were statistical y significant differences（P〈0.05）. At the same time,nursing satisfaction in the comprehensive group was higher than that of control group,there was statistical y significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with coronary heart disease,can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve the life quality of the patients,and improve the patients′ satisfaction to nursing care.
