摘要
目的探讨低频超声联合手术治疗对食管癌患者生存的影响。方法 80例食管癌患者随机分为2组,每组40例。研究组40例接受低频超声联合手术治疗,对照组40例仅进行手术治疗。结果研究组1、2、3 a生存率分别为80.3%、62.5%、40.9%,对照组分别为75.3%、55.1%、36.8%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组淋巴结肿瘤细胞存活率为21.5%,低于对照组的37.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低频超声联合手术治疗能够改善食管癌患者的生存状况,且不增加患者的术后并发症,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of low-frequency ultrasound combined with surgery on survival of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods Eighty patients with esophageal cancer were divided into two groups. Forty patients of the study group were treated with low-frequency ultrasound combined with surgery,40 patients of the control group were treated with surgery. Results The 1-,2-,3-year survival rates of the study group were 80. 3%,62. 5%,40. 9% respectively;those of the control group were 75. 3%,55. 1%,36. 8% respectively（P〈0. 05）. There was no significant statistical difference in the complications between the two groups（P〉0. 05）. The lymph node tumor cell survival rate of the study group（21. 5%）was lower than that of the control group（37. 3%,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Low-frequency ultrasound combined with surgery can improve the survival of patients with esophageal cancer,cann’t increase postoperative complications.
