摘要
目的探讨利用分级标识在门急诊输液安全管理中的应用。方法对2013年7月至12月的门急诊输液患者根据病情、年龄、用药等的不同情况进行评估,划分A、B、C、D四个等级,给以红、黄、绿、无标识的方法实施不同程度的安全管理。结果比较分级标识管理前后,患者满意度和护士工作满意度评分差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),输液护理安全隐患和投诉发生率降低,护理安全质量评分较前提高。结论采用分级标识模式能细化护理安全管理,强化护士安全意识,提高患者满意度,具有可行性。
Objective To discuss the application of classification marks in transfusion safety management in outpatient department and emergency room.Methods The patients who accepted transfusion treatment in outpatient department and emergency room from July to December, 2013, were divided into four grades (A, B, C and D, which were marked with red-mark, yellow-mark, green-mark and non-mark) based on the assessment of their conditions, age and medication, so as to conduct safety management of different levels according to their grade.Results There were significant differences between satisfaction scores of patients and nurses before and after the application of classification marks (P〈0.05). After the implementation of classification marks, the safety hazard of recurrent hemorrhage and the incidence of complaints reduced, and the nursing safety quality score increased.Conclusion The application of classification marks could refine the nursing safety management, strengthen nurses&#39; safety consciousness and improve patients&#39; satisfaction. Therefore, the classification marks are feasible.
