摘要
综述了机械通气病人早期活动的安全性现状,早期活动对机械通气病人预后的影响主要表现在肌力、功能活动、生活质量方面,提出早期物理治疗和活动是可行且安全的,但目前还不能确定其生活质量和肌力是否有改善。
It reviewed the status quo of safety of early activity in patients of mechanical ventilation.The influ-ence of early activity on prognosis of patients with mechanical ventilation was mainly in the aspect of myody-namia,functional activity and quality of life.It put forward that early physical therapy and activity were feasible and safe.However,it was not sure whether the quality of life and strength of patients were improved.
