摘要
辨体施治是因人制宜的具体实践,体现"治病求本"的原则。"温热大师"叶天士十分重视辨体施治,在其《温热论》、《临证指南医案》等著作中可窥见一斑,笔者试从叶天士在温热类温病与湿热类温病中对不同体质的患者的辨识与防治,从体质与发病、体质与诱发因素、体质与诊断、体质与防治等方面探讨叶氏的辨体施治观。
Distinguishing the body for treating disease is the concrete practicesaccording todifferent persons,which is the principle of embodying ' searching for the primary cause of disease in treatment '. YE Tian- shi who is a ' Tepid master' paid attention to Distinguishing the body for treating disease in his works of Treatise on Epidemic Febrile Diseasesand Medical Records for Clinical Guidance.The author tries to comply with YE Tian- shi's view points of identification and prevention patient's diseases according to different body constitution with warm disease,and to discuss the viewpoint of Distinguishing the body for treating disease from the constitution and pathogenesis,constitution and inducing factors,constitution and diagnosis,constitution and prevention and control,etc.
