摘要
目的:通过古文献的分析来揭示中医"见微知著"的深层含义;方法:从渊源追溯、医案举例、临床应用等方面来阐述"见微知著"有异于通常的解释;结果:"见微知著"的确切含义并不能被"以小见大"所涵盖;结论:除"以小见大"的含义外,"见微知著"还蕴含着对未来疾病动态的预测。
Objective: To explore the profound meaning of the term ' Jianwei Zhizhu'. Methods: By making a complete analysis on ancient literatures,including tracing the original source,case example and clinical application,the author stated that the meaning of the term jian wei zhi zhu is different from the usual explanation. Results: The exact conception of the term is beyond the meaning of 'inspecting mild parts to judge big parts'. Conclusion: Except for ' inspecting mild parts to judge big parts',the conception of this term also contains the meaning of ' from the first small beginnings one can see how things will develop'.
