摘要
术后疼痛是不可避免的,如何有效缓解术后疼痛,减轻患者的痛苦是每个医护人员的职责。本文针对手术患者术后疼痛的控制,对国内外疼痛管理中的各项因素,包括疼痛评估、疼痛知识教育、药物指导、心理护理以及满意度评价等研究进展进行综述,总结手术患者术后疼痛护理的关键因素和要点,通过理论知识的学习和结合实践帮助护理人员提高护理质量,有效减轻术后疼痛对患者带来的痛苦,给予患者优质的护理服务,提高患者的满意度。
Postoperative pain is inevitable.How to effectively alleviate postoperative pain and relieve the suffering of the patient after the operation is the responsibility of each nurse.Based on postoperative pain control in patients with surgery,this paper summarized the various factors of postoperative pain management,including pain assessment,pain knowledge of education,drug guidance,psychological care and satisfaction evaluation at home and abroad.Summarize the elements and key factors of postoperative pain nursing care to patients.Through the study of theoretical knowledge,com-bined with practical help nurse to improve nursing quality,effectively relieve postoperative pain of patients and improve satisfaction rate of patients with application of high quality nursing service.
