舒芬太尼复合咪唑安定辅助椎管内麻醉临床效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨舒芬太尼复合咪唑安定辅助椎管内麻醉的临床效果和应用价值。方法:选择90例择期开腹手术的患者行椎管内麻醉,随机数字表法分两组,每组45例,Ⅰ组为舒芬太尼联合咪唑安定,Ⅱ组为芬太尼联合咪唑安定,比较临床效果。结果:在麻醉诱导后、手术开始、结束时Ⅰ组患者的收缩压、舒张压均明显低于Ⅱ组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅰ组对心率与用药前相比的影响比Ⅱ组大,腹腔进行冲洗和探查时,Ⅰ组有体动反应的出现,且心血管波动幅度不如Ⅱ组明显。Sp O2Ⅰ组的相关参数略高于Ⅱ组,且诱导中出现Sp O2<93%的患者例数Ⅱ组多于Ⅰ组。结论:作为椎管内麻醉的辅助用药,舒芬太尼复合咪唑安定镇静镇痛和顺行性遗忘作用效果好,起效快,安全且不良反应发生率小。 Objective: To investigate the effect of sufentanil midazolam intraspinal anesthesia clinical effect ancl application value. Method: In our hospital 90 elective abdominal operation patients with intraspinal anesthesia, were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group, I group sufentanil combined with midazolam, Ⅱ group and fentanyl combined with midazolam, analyze clinical effect of the two groups. Result: After induction of anesthesia, operation began, at the end of I group patients with systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than that of the H group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . Analgesic and sedative effect of the ] group than that of the ]] group, the ]] group to maintain the dosage was small, the onset time of the Ⅰ group than in the Ⅱ group quickly, adverse reaction and inhibition of respiratory complications were less than the Ⅱ group, in the wash ancl exploration on the abdominal cavity, I group bad the bocly movement, and cardiovascular fluctuations than the Ⅱ group was significantly. Conclusion: As adjuvant of spinal anesthesia, the composite sufentanil midazolam sedation and anterograde amnesia effect is good, fast, safe and adverse reaction rate.
