深部厚顶煤巷道锚索梁布置方式作用机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 巨野矿区赵楼煤矿千米深井工作面顺槽多为典型厚顶煤巷道,围岩稳定性差,巷道破坏严重,控制困难。针对该问题,根据顶板锚索梁的不同布置方式,设计了横梁、纵向单梁、纵向双梁及纵横组合4种锚索梁支护对比方案,通过数值模拟得到了不同布置方式下围岩内部应力分布状态。结果显示:纵横组合方案作用下顶板连续受压区范围及数值最大(应力0.025-0.04MPa),纵向单梁方案次之。分析其作用机制在于:纵向单梁方案中锚索和钢梁共同作用对顶板巷中部位的围岩产生更强的控制作用,形成的受压区面积和压应力值较大;纵横组合方案在纵向单梁方案优势基础上进一步增强了支护系统对巷中两侧顶板煤岩流动的控制,将顶板煤岩保持在相对更好的受力状态。最后通过现场试验对各方案的围岩控制效果进行了对比分析,验证了上述机制分析结论的正确性。 The kilometer deep crossheading of Zhaolou Coal Mine in Juye colliery is a typical deep roadway with thick top coal, of which the surrounding rock' s stability is low, and the crossheading deformation is large and difficult to control. Considering this problem, based on different layouts of beam, four pressure relief anchor box beam support programs were designed, of which the beam arrangement modes were cross beam, longitudinal single beam, longitudinal double beams and longitudinal-lateral combined beam, respectively. The stress distribution of each support program was analyzed by numerical simulation, the results showed that, among the four programs, continuous pressure area and compressive stress values in roof made by longitudinal-lateral combined beam program were the largest, of which the compressive stress value was about 0.025 - 0.04MPa, the one made by longitudinal single beam program took second place. The mechanism was that, the composite effect of anchor and beam had a good controlling effect on middle roof, for which the continuous pressure area and compressive stress values in roof made by longitudinal single beam program are large; On the basis of the advantage of longitudinal single beam program, the longitudinal-lateral combined beam program enhanced the control of coal flow in both sides of roof, and made the coal petrography in roof a good stressed condition. The surrounding rock controlling effect of each program was comparatively analyzed by field test, by which it was proved that the above-mentioned mechanism analysis was correct.
