结合包钢新体系2×500 m2烧结余热发电项目,论述总承包项目的风险管理规划,基于该项目风险的分解结构,对主要风险进行了识别和评估,并制定了应对措施。
In combination with the 2 × 500 m^2 sintering waste heat electricity generation project of Baotou Steel new system, the risk management plan of the project was described, the breakdown structure of the project risk was given, the major risks were identified and evaluated, and the countermeasures were proposed.
