摘要
某钢结构门厅上部梁发生较大沉降,不利于结构安全且影响装修外观。依据沉降原因分析,选取千斤顶钢管顶升,顶升后对结构进行加固方案,并对提出顶升过程中关键技术进行了详细论述,工程采用增大截面尺寸、改变计算跨度和浇筑牛脚柱的加固方法,取得了良好的效果。
The upper beam of a steel structure hallway has a big settlement,which is unfavorable for the structure safety and affects the decoration appearance. A jacking reinforcement scheme of first jacking using jacking steel pipe and then reinforcing the structure was selected based on the analysis of the settlement causes, and the key technology during the jacking process was described in detail ,and such reinforcement methods as increasing the cross-sectional dimensions, changing the calculation span and pouring cow leg anchorage etc. ,were adopted for the project with good results.
