生产型工学结合式生物化工技术综合实训平台的开发探讨

摘要 根据生物化工工艺专业人才培养方案,开发生产型工学结合式生物化工实训平台,满足人才培养需求。通过选择典型的生物化工产品,建设生产型实训平台。实训平台能够满足酒精和啤酒的生产,包括公用工程蒸汽、压缩空气,菌种扩大培养、糊化、糖化、发酵、精馏等,同时发酵罐配置溶氧电极、p H电极、补料系统等,可满足多种生化产品的生产。该平台充分体现了工艺、设备、自控、安全、环保、操作等综合技术,真正做到工学结合,满足学生工学结合式创新创业实训,同时也能满足科研需要。 According to the training plan of biochemical technology professionals, the work-study combination and productive practical training platform is developed to meet the needs of personnel training. The practical training platform is constructed by selecting the typical biological chemical products. It can produce alcohol and beer, which includes utilities steam, compressed air, bacteria culture, gelatinization, saccharification, fermentation, distillation and the bioreactor contains dissolved oxygen electrode, pH electrode, feeding system which can produce a variety of biochemical products. The platform embodies many technologies including processing, equipment, automation, security, environmental protection, operation, etc. That show the work-study combination. The students can conduct innovation and entrepreneurship training on the platform which also can meet the research needs.
