摘要
为支持大学毕业生自主创业,近年来许多高校都不分专业地为有志创业者增开经营管理类课程,"创业法律风险"是其不可或缺的内容。精心设计好课程教学内容,紧扣社会生活实际,突出教学要点,才能利用较少课时补上、补齐创业所需的知识短板。要在构建全方位法律知识框架基础上,按照识别、规避、弱化法律风险的逻辑步骤展开,通过有关单行法的精读、泛读,梳理相关要点,明示风险与责任,结合必要的实训,方可帮助学生学会识别法律"禁区",审慎对待法律"高危区",合法、恰当处理法律纠纷,以应对今后创业路上的法律风险。
In order to support businesses started by college graduates, many universities have set up management courses as supplemental courses. Legal ＂Venture in Entrepreneurship is an indispensable course. A well-designed teaching content can make up the shortcoming of less class periods. Classroom instruction which teases out relative essentials and suggests venture and responsibili- ty by doing intensive and extensive reading about slip laws, is set up on the basis of comprehensive framework of legal knowledge, in accordance with the logic of identifying, evading and reducing legal ventures. It will effectively help students recognize legal ＂for- bidden zone＂, treat legal ＂ high-risk area＂ prudently, and deal with legal disputes legally and rationally in order to cope with legal ventures on the way to business.
