摘要
以山东省平阴县大寨山国有林场为参照,结合周边国有林场的生产管理现状,针对当前国有林场思想政治工作中对思想政治工作难以形成共识、思想政治工作同经济关系面临考量、思想政治工作效果不明显、政工队伍老化等问题,提出林场领导干部带头、发挥工会职能、立足林场资源优势创新发展林场经济、以人为本化解矛盾等对策与建议。
