摘要
针对山东省国有林场面积普遍较小,自身发展空间有限的情况,近年来一些国有林场在发展场外林业方面做了一些探索。通过对山东省国有林场场外发展林业情况的调研,归纳出通过政府出资租赁土地造林扩大林场面积、通过生态林场建设扩大林场面积、寻求场外合作实现部分林产品的互通有无、组建园林绿化公司对外承揽绿化工程造林和联户承包经营五种场外发展林业模式,总结了国有林场场外发展林业的成效和经验,指出了当前存在的困难和问题,提出了下一步发展场外林业的对策和建议。
