摘要
冶金技术专业所属的行业具有生产规模庞大、设备大型化、自动化程度高、工艺操作有较强的封闭性等特点,为培养高素质、高技能人才,其必须依托于企业,校企合作,共同培养人才。本文从冶金技术所处行业的特殊性和我院企业办学的特点,阐明了冶金技术"校企所耦合、虚实境训教、企业顶岗实习"人才培养模式及实施人才模式相应的制度环境。
Based on the industry characteristics ,large-scale, high degree of automation, the talents cultivation mode of institute ande enterprise cooperation had be carried out in metallurgical major. Exponded the alents cultiva- tion mode and corresponding system environment of vocational institute, enterprise and Research Institute Coupling, Preached in Virtuality and Reality,Enterprise Internship＂ by iedustry particularity and the institute characteristics of relying on the enterprise.
