摘要
为了提高CASS工艺处理酒精废水的效果,将人工合成的生物填料投入CASS反应器好氧区,并以过滤膜代替滗水器,组建强化型CASS工艺。研究了运行周期内生物降解和膜滤对CODCr、氨氮(NH+4-N)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)的降解效果。结果表明:强化型CASS工艺中生物降解在2~4h内对CODCr、氨氮(NH+4-N)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)降解效果明显;而膜滤(操作压力控制在0.05 MPa)则是强化生物降解效果的补充,对CODCr、NH+4-N、TN和TP的去除均有着不同程度的效果。强化型CASS工艺能更好地净化酒精生产废水,同时,生物降解和膜滤作用达到了很好的耦合协同功能。
An enhanced CASS process was built to improve the removal efficacy of CASS process for alco- hol wastewater, the following measures were adopted: (1) artificial synthetic bio-carriers were added into the activated sludge of the CASS aerobic zone; (2) the membrane instead of decanter. The reduction efficacy of chemical oxygen demanded (CODcr), ammonium (NH+ --N), total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP) by biodegradation and membrane filtration was investigated, and the operational pressure of membrane was dis- cussed. The results indicate that the biodegradation efficacy of CODcr, NH+ --N, TN, TP was obvious within 2~4 h. The membrane filter for CODcr, NH+ --N, TN and TP removal was enhanced process under the opera- tional pressure of 0.05 MPa conditions. The phenomenon illustrates that the enhanced CASS process has better ability for purifying alcohol wastewater. In addition, biological degradation and membrane filtration realize a good collaboration capabilities.
