摘要
当今社会信息技术飞速发展,应急工作信息化的范围和层次在不断扩大和深化,应急信息资源也呈爆炸式的增长,用户的应急信息行为也越来越复杂。文章介绍了用户应急信息行为的基本理论,分析了用户应急信息行为的特征,然后利用本体描述用户应急信息行为。在此基础上,构建了基于本体的用户应急信息行为层次模型和过程模型。该模型研究的是用户在应急环境下,对应急信息进行查找、处理和利用等行为方式,建立应急本体知识库,提高应急信息获取的准确性和效率,最终提高用户应急处置能力。
With the quick development of information technology, the scope and level of emergency informatization expand and deepen continuously, emergency information has been explosively growing, and user emergency information behavior becomes more and more complicated. The paper introduces the basic theories and characteristics of user emergency information behavior, then describes user emergency information behavior based on ontology. And then on the basis of the study of users emergency information behavior, it establishes the hierarchical model and process model of users emergency information behavior model based on ontology. The model studies,emergency information query, processing, utilization under the emergency situations, and build the emergency ontology knowledge base. So it can improve the accuracy and efficiency of emergency information retrieval and the ability of users emergency disposition.
