摘要
文中从资源投入能力、产出能力、技术转移能力及环境支撑能力四个方面构建福建省高技术产业技术创新能力的指标体系,利用"纵横向拉开档次法",确定评价指标在不同时刻的权重系数,构建动态综合评价模型,对福建省高技术产业技术创新能力进行分行业动态评价,从而分析其各自技术创新潜力,使评价结果更具有客观真实性,同时具有纵向和横向可比性。通过对动态综合评价结果的分析,了解现阶段福建省各高技术行业的技术创新潜力情况,明白今后的努力方向,为全面提升福建省高技术产业技术创新潜力提供决策依据。
This article from the resources inputting ability,outputting ability,technology transfer ability and the environment supporting capacity to build technology innovation ability index system of Fujian province's high tech industry.Using“vertical and horizontal method”to determine the index weight coefficient in different time,construct the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model,evaluate the ability of technology innovation of high tech industry in Fujian province in order to analyze their potential for technological innovation,which making the evaluation results more objective authenticity,also with longitudinal and transverse comparability.Through the analysis of the dynamic comprehensive evaluation results,to understand the situation of the technology innovation potential of the different high technology industry in Fujian province at this stage,to know the future direction for the comprehensive promotion and offer the decision basis to build technology innovation potential of high tech industry.
