摘要
HACCP体系作为一项科学的安全控制措施,它拥有严密的逻辑,保障了物流过程中的产品质量和安全。通过量化指标把控各CCP的偏差,不断纠正错误并进行书面记录,不断验证纠正措施的实际效应进行检查,在这循环往复的环节中把控物流安全。文中以山西盛唐物流有限公司为样本进行实际应用研究,以期通过个别试点的实际应用,让更多的物流企业看到生机,既能发掘自身发展潜力,又能提升社会水产品的经济价值。
HACCP system as a scientific safety control measures,it has strict logic,to protect the logistics process of product quality and safety.By quantitative indicators of the deviation of the control of each CCP constantly correct errors and written records,constantly verify the actual effect of the corrective measures to be checked,in this part of the cycle in the control of logistics security.In this paper,Shanxi Tang Logistics Co.,Ltd.for the practical application of sample research to practical application by individual pilot,so that more logistics companies see life,both to explore their own potential for development,but also enhance the economic value of the aquatic community.
