电动汽车驱动电动机的三维温度场仿真分析

摘要 针对电动汽车驱动电动机工作温升过高的问题,利用计算流体动力学方法对驱动电动机进行额定工况下的三维稳态温度场仿真计算,分析得出了电动机三维全域的温度场分布情况及温升极值区域;通过电动机实验平台,将实验数据与数值计算结果进行对比,验证了仿真计算的正确性,最后总结了电动汽车驱动电动机内部温度场的分布规律以及影响电动机温升的因素。 To deal with serious temperature rise in traction motors of electric vehicles (EV), a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is used to calculate the 3D temperature field in the rated operating state. The temperature distribution and the hottest regions in the traction motor are obtained. A platform is set up to verify the simulation results by comparing them with experi- mental results. Conclusions about the heat transfer characteristics and factors that influence the motor temperature field are given.
