摘要
栏目建设是高校学报质量建设的基础,近年来各高校学报都十分重视这方面的工作。一般地方高校学报因为有了特色栏目而渐渐摆脱了同质化,特色栏目成了学报发展中的一个轮子。地方院校的多学科性质决定学报还要发挥其他学科的力量,让另一个轮子动起来。推出"动态栏目",就是要调动本校学科资源优势,参与到学报的栏目建设中来。通过双轮驱动,才能使学报得以平衡发展,共同建构学报新的学术生长点。
The columns construction is the foothold of the quality construction of the university journals.Benefit from characteristic columns,the journals of general local colleges may avoid of the consubstantial trend,which becomes the wheel of the development of the journals.Characteristic columns may play important roles in the development of journals,which like a wheel.As a result,the properties of local colleges decide that the journals should introduce the power of other disciplines, which make the other move.The purposes of dynamic columns should be included the inspiration of the advantages of disciplines in local college,and their participations in the construction of columns of journals.Based on two driving wheels,the new balance of on the journals could be achieved,and the new growth point could be constructed together.
