摘要
为保证大学生党员的质量,培养教育是关键,教育机制创新是保障和必然要求。论文对新时期大学生入党工作面临的形势与任务进行了分析,以党校为阵地,以分层次分阶段教育为主线,提出了大学生入党培养教育过程创新、教育内容和形式创新的方法。
In order to guarantee the quality of university students Party,training and education is the key,education mechanism innovation is ensuring and essential requirement. This article analyzes the situations and tasks the current university students face when they join the Party,and proposes the innovation methods of education process,education content and form for university students joining the Party base on Party school and multi-level as well as multi-grade.
